About the Program
This course introduces learners to the principles of workplace equality, inclusion, and non-discrimination within the South African context. Learners will explore different forms of workplace discrimination, understand the legal protections provided by the Constitution and the Employment Equity Act, and examine the impact of inclusive workplace practices. The course also provides practical guidance on responding appropriately to discrimination and fostering a respectful, equitable, and inclusive work environment for all employees.
